USN NAF 1092 Flying Helmet

NAF1092 Flying Helmet, issue flying helmet from 1937-1943 for the US Navy & Marine Corp.
Helmet is in very good/excellent condition, and has the early "lift the dot" rear goggle strap fittings, which retain their factory applied brown paint finish.
Brown Leather earcups have been fitted, and a Re-Pro pair of TH-37 receivers with extension cable, from WPG.
Both Silk Draw strings are in place, the Nickle plated buckles are in very good condition, as is the leather chamois lined chin cup. U.S.N. stamp to the rear, and the label reads.

The leather scull is in excellent condition, this one has no peak, not sure if it was ever fitted, or has been removed for personal preference? (as we know they often did!)
