WWII U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commanders Visor Cap

U.S. Navy, Visor cap, by Desmond's of Southern California. In very good condition, with it's undamaged, white cotton cover, cover is lightly soiled, but nothing that wouldn't wash out, if desired.
Cap retains it's oilcloth sweat guard, with makers label attached, and has the surname "Blair" written on it.
Sweatband shows very little usage, and all stitching is intact.
US Navy hat eagle/ fowled anchors, is a two piece device, maker marked Viking, Hilborn-Hamburger, and is sterling silver & gilt marked. on a black mohair hat band, band has some slight damage to the rear, in one small area, to the lower edge, but does not detract.
Gold braided chinstrap, and gilt buttons, are in good condition, patent leather visor, is in good order, with no damage.
Cane frame is undamaged, and has the "hatters cap milliners" label still attached.
Cap is around the 7 1/4" size.
