USAAF WWII Ariel Gunners Wings. 3" Sterling Silver

Lovely set of gunners wings, Bell Pattern, in sterling silver, two piece, the winged bullet having been applied over a pair of observers wings, (This Bell pattern wing has an applied winged bullet which is less common than the one piece badge with the bullet as part of the die. See Aviation Wings and Badges of the World Wars) with a brass pin, roller catch, has the centre piece missing, but the pin locks into place, with a resounding "click" , other than this one issue, they are in excellent condition.
