ENLISTED MANS Peak CAP U.S.ARMY

WW2 U.S. army enlisted mans service cap is in very good/excellent condition, no moth damage to the body the peak, 1 minute nick in the peak edge, chin strap is in excellent condition, carboard vinyl covered back strap is in fair condition, having numerous cracks to the finish, and some damage to the edge, but nothing to serious, and is still sound, the rexine sweat band shows normal wear and tear, that you would expect from a used service cap, no size but I would estimate 67/8". Quality other ranks two piece cap badge. Label reads U.S. army garrison cap 100% wool. Cap has been named on the inside head band and sweatband E.J. Sylvester 13102907. Edwin J Sylvester , enlisted 1st Sept. 1942, Baltimore Marland, for the duration of the war.
